Client Content

Developed Solutions

Upon full payment, you will own the custom software or solutions developed specifically for your project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Company IP

We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your written consent.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards.

Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Project Changes and Revisions

• Changes to project scope may result in additional charges
• All change requests must be submitted in writing
• We reserve the right to adjust timelines based on scope changes

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination:

• Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date
• All deliverables completed will be provided to the client
• Confidentiality obligations will continue to apply

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised date.
