1. Service-Based Refund Terms

Due to the nature of software development services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We strive to ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and project milestones.

2. Project Phases & Refund Eligibility

  • Discovery Phase (0-20%): Full refund available if project hasn't started
  • Planning & Design (20-40%): 70% refund if design not approved
  • Development (40-80%): Pro-rated refund based on completed work
  • Testing & Deployment (80-100%): No refund - final delivery phase

3. When Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • Project milestones have been completed and approved
  • Client requests changes after work completion
  • Delays caused by client feedback or content provision
  • Third-party dependencies or integration issues
  • Feature requests outside original scope

4. Refund Request Process

  1. Contact us at admin@zentorilab.com with your project details
  2. Provide reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review within 5-7 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days

5. Subscription & Retainer Services

For monthly retainer or subscription services, cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Charges incurred before cancellation notice will not be refunded.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our services, please contact us first. We aim to resolve all concerns professionally and fairly. Most issues can be resolved through discussion and revision.
