At Zentorilabs Private Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality software development services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund requests.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for services are handled according to the scope of work, project milestones, and the terms agreed between Zentorilabs Private Limited and the customer.

2. Before Work Begins

If a project has not commenced and the customer requests cancellation before work begins, a refund may be considered depending on the payment stage and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

3. After Development Starts

Once development or delivery work has started, refunds may be issued only for the portion of work not yet completed, based on the milestones reached and the value of completed deliverables.

4. Completed Custom Deliverables

Completed custom software, website projects, ERP implementations, and other deliverables are generally non-refundable once accepted or delivered, subject to the written agreement between the parties.

5. Duplicate or Failed Payments

Duplicate or erroneous payments may be refunded after verification. Failed transactions are not treated as successful payments and may follow the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.

  2. Provide the reason for the refund request and relevant payment details
  3. Our team will review the request within 5-7 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, subject to payment provider timelines

7. Subscription & Retainer Services

For monthly retainer or subscription services, cancellation requires prior written notice. Charges incurred before the notice period may not be refunded unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us first. We aim to resolve all concerns professionally and fairly. Most issues can be resolved through discussion and revision.
