Dedicated Development Teams

Scale Your Engineering Team Without Hiring

Add vetted engineers to your team on a monthly contract. They work inside your process, on your codebase, reporting to your leads — and you can scale the team as the roadmap changes, without a recruitment cycle or a redundancy conversation.

When this model makes sense

It is not the right answer for every situation. It works particularly well in three cases.

You need to move faster than you can hire

The roadmap needs three more engineers this quarter. Recruiting, notice periods and onboarding put that six months out. A dedicated team closes the gap in weeks.

You need a skill you don't have in-house

One AI feature does not justify a permanent AI hire. Bring in the capability for the build, and keep an engineer on retainer afterwards for support.

You're an agency needing delivery capacity

Take on the projects you would otherwise decline. Our engineers work behind your brand, under NDA, as part of your delivery team.

Available Roles

Roles you can bring on

Individually, or as a complete pod with a delivery lead.

AI Engineers

LLM application development, agent design, RAG pipelines, evaluation harnesses, prompt and tooling architecture, inference cost control.

Python · LLM APIs · vector search

Backend Developers

API design and implementation, data modelling, background processing, third-party integrations, performance work.

Python · FastAPI · Node.js · PostgreSQL

Frontend Developers

Application UI, design-system implementation, state management, accessibility and performance budgets.

React · Next.js · TypeScript · Tailwind

Flutter Developers

Cross-platform mobile development, offline sync, push infrastructure, native integrations and store releases.

Flutter · Dart · Firebase

DevOps Engineers

Containerisation, orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, alerting and cloud cost control.

Docker · Kubernetes · AWS · Azure

Full-stack Teams

A complete pod — engineers, QA and a delivery lead — owning a product area end to end and reporting into your leadership.

How It Works

From first call to first commit

1

Define the roles

We go through your roadmap and agree exactly which skills and how many engineers you need.

2

Meet the engineers

You interview the specific people proposed. No unnamed resources, no bait-and-switch after signing.

3

Sign & onboard

NDA and contract in place, accounts provisioned, and the team joins your tools and rituals.

4

Deliver in your process

Your board, your sprints, your code review standards, your definition of done.

5

Scale up or down

Adjust team size month to month with agreed notice as the roadmap changes.

What you can count on

You keep full control

Your process, your priorities, your codebase, your IP. We supply capability, not opinions about how you should run your company.

Real time-zone overlap

Working hours are set to overlap with your team in Europe, the UK, North America or the GCC — not asynchronous hand-offs across a twelve-hour gap.

Named engineers

You know who is on your team and you interviewed them. If someone has to change, you meet the replacement and we overlap the handover.

NDA and IP assignment

NDA before we see anything sensitive, and full assignment of everything the team produces.

White-label friendly

Agencies and software companies can present our engineers as part of their own delivery team.

Commercials

  • Monthly retainer per engineer — a single predictable rate covering the engineer, their equipment, management overhead and holiday cover.
  • One month minimum, then rolling. Scale up or down with agreed notice.
  • Full-time or part-time allocations, depending on how much work there genuinely is.
  • No recruitment fees, no equipment costs, no local employment liability.
  • Trial period available — start with one engineer for a month before committing to a team.

Rates depend on seniority, role and commitment level. Tell us what you need and you'll get a written quote — not a "starting from" figure that changes later.

Common questions

Who manages the engineers day to day?

You do. They report to your leads and follow your process. We handle employment, equipment, holiday cover and career management on our side, and we stay available if you want to escalate anything.

What if an engineer isn't working out?

Tell us early. We replace them, you interview the replacement, and we overlap the handover so context isn't lost. This is the main advantage over a permanent hire that isn't working.

How do you handle security and access?

Engineers work under NDA and follow whatever access policy you set — company devices, VPN, restricted repository access, no local data copies. If you have a security review process, we go through it.

Can we hire the engineer permanently later?

It comes up, and we'd rather discuss it openly than pretend it never happens. Terms are agreed in the contract up front so it never becomes an argument.

How quickly can a team start?

It depends on the roles and how many. Common stacks are usually faster than specialist ones. We give you a realistic start date at the quoting stage rather than promising immediate availability.
